Hours between pills: 48
As mentioned last night, a small headache started after 36 hours or so and sure as God made green apples went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00, 5:45, and 6:30 (my alarm went off at 7:21). A couple of those may have been the baby, but overall I didn't sleep too badly. Was a little dizzy this morning, but I'm certain I was just a little dehydrated.
After 7 years on the drug Paxil (20mg a day to treat anxiety) my new physician suggested that it was time to get off the drug. All I've read about coming off Paxil has scared me to death and it has been suggested that I keep a journal, so here we are. This will be running account (updated when can / when I remember) of my journey to becoming Paxil free. Wish me luck. Figure out what I've done to get Bernard Riemann's attention and you get a shiny nickel.
